Privacy Notice

1. Responsible party

Rumbor is the public identity for this website and Design Partner qualification experience. Formal responsible-party details will be published in this notice before personal-data collection is enabled.

2. Data we collect

When you submit the Design Partner qualification form, we collect these categories exactly:

  • work email;
  • name;
  • company;
  • role;
  • company/product stage;
  • product or use-case description;
  • primary production constraint.

3. Purposes

We use these data exclusively to evaluate your request to participate as a Rumbor Design Partner, contact you in relation to that request, and manage an eventual Design Partner relationship if both parties decide to continue. We do not use this submission for a newsletter, promotional marketing, or unrelated general purposes.

4. Retention

If a request does not develop into a Design Partner or commercial relationship, we retain it for up to 12 months after the last interaction. After that period, it must be deleted or anonymized unless a legal obligation requires additional retention. If a contractual or commercial relationship arises, the data necessary for that relationship moves to the retention policy applicable to it.

5. Service providers and analytics

We may use service providers for email delivery, hosting, and a self-hosted PostHog analytics deployment. Rumbor sends allowlisted product events and does not intentionally include Design Partner form fields or free-text content in analytics. The analytics client may also process limited technical metadata required to deliver and measure those events. PostHog autocapture, automatic pageview, automatic pageleave, and session recording are disabled.

The work email, name, company, role, product or use-case description, and primary production constraint are never intentionally included as event properties.

6. Limiting use, revocation, and ARCO rights

You may request that use or disclosure of your qualification data be limited, or revoke a permission where consent is the applicable basis, by contacting us through the contact page. You may also use that route to request access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition (ARCO) and to ask how your request is handled. A dedicated privacy contact will be published before personal-data collection is enabled.

7. Changes to this notice

We will communicate changes by publishing an updated version on this page and changing the “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated through the contact route associated with an active request.
